I think there are different One Control models out there depending on the RV. This one is for the Imagine XLS line. I use the phone app often and it has always worked well. We're in a RV park in FL and the phone app constantly loses connection. My other Bluetooth appliances still work fine. I'm wondering if there could be a problem with the One Control panel and it's Bluetooth signal, or some kind of interference here in the park. Anyone else ever have this issue? I can still use the panel on the wall in the meantime, but just curious why the phone app/Bluetooth would suddenly stop working?

I can also see if it improves after we leave this park in a few weeks.

Although I don't have the Bluetooth version (mine is strictly WiFi, circa 2018), my first thought is.......Has there been an update to the app recently? I know in past versions of updates, there have been massive issues when they get updated. They usually get them straightened out, but sometimes it's months and months. I'm kind of a firm believer of the old saying......"If the dam thing works, leave it alone." I have my settings as such that NO app on my phone gets an automatic update, and if there is one that will not work anymore because it's too old, I will update it then....if I really need it.

I'm not saying that is the issue here ^^^^, but like I said, that's my first thought about this

Hey All, I have a 2024 Momentum 410Th with the One Control system in it. I had the same issue. My wife and I were both set up and working for about a month with no issues. Then it just quit working. I called Lippert tech support and spoke with a very nice support person. She told me this was due to the Bluetooth device locking up in the control system, and full power down of my rig would fix this issue. Remove shore power, then turn off the battery master. Allow the system to sit powered down for a few mins. Then bring it all back up, and it should allow you to regain your connection.

I know this is not the reason or fix to the real issue, however it worked to restore the system for us, and that was really all I am worried about for now.

Hope this helps someone- Cris
