One wheel locks with hydraulic brakes

I have a 2025 Solitude 391DL with hydraulic brakes and one of the tires has several flat spots, apparently from the brake locking. Is there a way to adjust the brakes to prevent that wheel from locking up?

The problem with a tire that is flat spotted is that it will want to stop rotating under braking on the flat spot...Getting worse and worse
That tire is now junk....Now this is assuming that there are no other problems with the brakes such as air pockets in the lines.....You will still neen a new tire though.
