We've had our 379 for a year, pulled it through 15 states, California to Indiana now S. Florida. Upgraded tires to 14 ply and added disc brakes. We've experienced fewer problems than any new RV we've owned, 6 in last 20 years. I have to say the best customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you Grand Design!!

Happy Birthday! Good excuse to buy something new for the camper. We bought ours a 2nd a/c for its first birthday.
Glad to hear the good report.

I am also approaching a year with my 379FL as well. This being my 2nd camper, the quality is second to none. Congratulations on your first year. I use mine mainly for a "home" when I am on a job which usually lasts for 6-12 months. It's nice to have something nice to stay in.

Heck, we are coming up on three years in February.. Couldn't be happier with our 369RL Solitude

Not to be a wet blanket but for ballance we had heat ac electrical plumbing leaks and other problems. Our dealer has worked hard to fix these problems. I would caution buyers of ANY new RV, not just Grand Design to examine the unit while it is hooked up..have the AC running to be sure it is not too noisy for your personal preferences..we have found the Dometic unit way too.Do this and other exams BEFORE you buy any RV. Noise above 85 decible will lead to permanent hearing loss. Also check entry steps that they are safe and similar to the heights of steps your body is accustomed to. Theses suggestions are for all brands..at present, we would not recommend GD

Well, for me, I don't see your post as "balance", I see it as a rude interruption in LC's celebration. Your comments certainly have a place but in your own thread or one seeking opinions. This thread is a celebration of those who are thrilled with their trailers.

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary on December 30th and our Reflection is by far the best RV we have owned in 30 years. Very few issues in 12 months and over 20,000 miles.

Congrats LC!

X2... and Congrats LC & Poppy... we are a week from our 1 year Anniv. Couldn't be happier with our trailer and the way GD responds to our needs.

X3... Congrats LC. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of our Momentum 380TH.

Treeber48, if you would use your energy to contact Grand Design Customer Service 574-825-9679 I'll bet your problems will be taken care of quickly.

Thanks Paul! Opinions are like certain anatomical openings, every body has one, and most of them stink.
This will be my last post here as it does ofend. Just to clarify, the facts that my heat did not work, my AC unit generates noise that may cause permanent hearing loss (85db), my steps have dangerous riser heights, two of the three sinks leaked and caused particle board to swell, that I have no electric service to the my outside kitchen or the TV in the den and a variety of minor problems is FACT not opinion. I will not comment again with any facts or stinky opinions. There are many features about my 366DEN that we like and enjoy. God bless you all.

How many times did you try to have your issues resolved? I must have missed that part??? If you think your going to buy an RV and not have any issues with it, you are sadly mistaken.

This is my 5th Rv..I think I am aware of rv issues..no further comment..to send me a private email so others do not see this discussion on this thread my email is [email protected]

I have nothing to hide this my 11th camper and have had issues with everyone of them my last one was a Keystone and there were 13 items on my list for the 1st warranty visit. As far as the 3 entrance steps weren't they the same 3 that were on it when you looked at your camper before you bought it or did the dealer take one off? I still didn't see the answer to my previous question about trying to have the issues resolved.?

Seems like you guys have put a lot miles on your rigs. I'm curious if you replaced your shackle bushings? Have really enjoyed our reflection and want to keep on top of maintenance. Jerry

My understanding is all Reflections come with wet bolts. I'm assuming brass bushings but I'm not sure. I would think if you keep them lubed the bushings wouldn't wear out for years.
Glad to hear the positive reviews. Seems for the most part GD owners are very pleased.

Yes, my 2015 Reflection 313 has the wet bolts.......But, guess what.....when I recently did a brake adjustment, I found no grease in the wet bolts. I did put grease in them. So don't assumed the factory greased them. Check yours.
