Outstanding GDRV Customer Service

Just got off the phone with "J.D." Great customer service on helping me with a defective spray head on the kitchen faucet.

New part on the way to our current site in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Mark H, Bill F, Janice, JD, and all the rest - Your team is amazing - We are full timers and have lived steadily for 8 months now in 369RL #0071 - this is the first issue we have had...that is the best compliment I can give you...and everyone stares at the unit when they walk by...lol
