Pantry Door Opens While Towing

We have a new 369RL that we will be taking out for the first time this weekend. I have noticed the pantry door opens whenever we move the trailer and even sometimes when operating the slide. The latch seems to be adjusted properly. This doesn't seem correct. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

On our Reflection the pantry never opened while moving, but was very hard to get it to close and stay closed. I just loosened the 2 screws in the striker plate (on frame around door opening) and moved it out a little. Retightened screws, now it closes easy and Stays Closed!

Agree with Scott and Jan--it just sound like the striker plate needs to be adjusted out some.
