If you're traveling across Tennessee I40 and find yourself near Jackson, I would recommend Parkers Crossroads RV Park. Address is in Yuma TN. It's very near the Parkers Crossroads and Shiloh Civil War Battlefields.
I wish we had more time to explore the area, but we are in transit from Knoxville to Galveston TX.
Very nice RV Park, nice people, paved sites, cable TV, WiFI, pool, store, beautiful lake, easy location off I40, easy in and out of the RV Park off highway 22. This time of the year lots of christmas lights and setups. We paid $45 / night. There maybe other RV Parks around but this one is nice.
Stop in at Patty's Restaurant for a bite, just south on Highway 22 at the I40 intersection.

Been there, done that. We stayed at Parkers Crossroad and hit up the Patty's Restaurant when we were on our way home from the big "Out West" trip back in 2021. I hardly ever do reviews of campgrounds, but I did one on that one....it was very nice. Glad you discovered it and enjoyed it.

fwiw.... it is about midway between Nashville and Memphis. I was interested so I had to look it up as neither Parkers Crossroads or Yuma, TN was stirring any memories. I put it in the 'memory bank' for future reference. Thanks for the post.

Agree 100%....one of the nicest parks you will find if fancy amenities aren't your thing. Like I told the hosts/owners; when we pull into a campground first impressions range from "I wish we had kept driving", to "I suppose we can handle it for a day or two", and finally the very rare "man, I could live here!!".
Parkers Crossroads fits in the "live here" category....already planning to stay a night or two on an eastern trip this summer.
