I'm in the process of creating a parking pad (before it arrives) for my new 350M and I was wondering what the depth from the rear wheel to the end of the garage is. I know the garage is 11 ft but wasn't sure if the rear wheels are the beginning of the garage or not. No sense in creating a larger pad than what I need too since under the garage is all dead space!! If anyone has that information it would be appreciated.

Thanks......
Jim

If your 350m has 6 point leveling you might want to include enough length to land the rear pads on.

From where the back tire touches the ground to the back of the trailer is 12 feet. From the back of the rear pad of the leveling system to the back of the trailer is 10 feet.

IDwanderers, thanks!!
That's exactly what I was looking for!
By the way, how do you like your 350M so far? Any major issues?

Happy to help. This forum is great for that. Sorry it took so long to respond. We have been boondocking in an area with no cell coverage (very nice). We love our new trailer, even more now after being able to boondock and check it out with no electrical hookups.

We did have some problems at the start immediately after delivery. A seal was leaking on one of the leveling stablizers. Our dealer picked this up in the PDI. Soon after getting the trailer home the furnace quit. After waiting for parts it was repaired and immediately had the same problem (fans had a scrap metal fit). Dealer finally replaced entire furnace. We were without the trailer a little over a month. My typical bad luck.

Overall we are very happy with the 350M. Great quality and it has performed very well after our initial problems. I suspect you will love yours as well.

Wish I can get my pad done, but the rain in the south is relentless this summer. Got the ground prepped and then the rain came, and hasn't stopped all week long.

After the rains.

Now just have to wait to hope this dries up soon so I can get my 350M back in the yard once we pour the slab.

I'll grab my swim suit and a 12 pack and will be there around 5.

A little chlorine and a nice filter system will have that 20 x 40 pool cleared up in no time!!

I'll get her done and then we will have a pool party at my house!
