Patio Wall Armour sliding door will not slide closed

Hi Friends
I have a 2022 GD Momentum TH. The left back patio door will only slide halfway closed. I have read to check for debris in the track but can't access the track. I removed the door for easier access and thought I would try to seperate the 2 panels connected by the track but can't figure out how to do that. How do I check to see if there is something blocking the track?

Ours did the same thing, Look throughly at ALL the screws that hold the tracks onto the doors, sometimes the screws will back out just far enough so that the screw head will stop door from opening. You can remove the sliding door section by pulling down the release clip and allowing doors to swing open. There are clips on door tracks, that you release, like the ones you have on your cabinet drawers. Then you can remove the door panel. Only if nothing is blocking door from sliding.
