I was so excited I just had to share! We're on our way to pick up our new 380TH today!
We are full timers now and this is our first one... so I was pretty nervous, but I feel much more prepared from the wealth of information on this forum! Thanks to all!
I'll post pics when we are all official!
Super excited! Hope all goes well with the PDI!

Congratulations on the new Home!!! They are some beautiful rigs!!

With the PDI, it is important to check everything. Ours had the Main AC ducts blocked by the foil tape. It was a 10 minute job to fix it, so not a big issue.

We just picked up a 348M a couple of weeks ago and we took it out camping this last Sunday thru Tuesday and really enjoyed it.

Happy Camping!!!

Congratulations!

We are happy for you guys! In a few months or less we hope to be sharing a similar post. My wife and are looking carefully at the new 387 TH or 397 TH. The 397 TH is in production now but no info yet on Youtube or the GD site. Hope they build quite a few soon. We're ready to go full time this winter!! Have a good PDI
too!

Congratulations! Nice combo, you'll love how the F450 tows. Watch out for your spacing between the bed rails and 5th wheel. Mine is too close for my comfort at around 5"-6".

Congrats on your new home. Gives moving day a whole new meaning now that you'll be moving all over. Now you can take the wannabes or you're signature.

Thanks everyone! We're very excited to be spending our first night in our new RV. We did the PDI today and there were only a few minor issues that the dealership fixed and we were pleased with.

One thing that was more concerning, is that since it was chilly tonight we turned on the furnace and got a really bad burning plastic smell. I've been scouring the forums and web for some guidance here and it seems to come in two camps. Either it's a serious problem or its a new furnace burning off as normal.

What are your weigh ins on this? How long should we expect the plastic smell and smoke? We're currently sitting in our truck waiting for the trailer to air out before we go back inside and are kinda afraid to sleep in it.. Any thoughts out there?

Thanks...

Over all we are still very excited and glad the PDI went well today... mostly. :)

We just hooked up for the first time and you're right the spacing is quite close! 5" at most! We have a Reese 26.5K and the head raises and lowers so we moved it up a notch. Working on That now. We'll see if we have more spacing.

We moved the hitch up one notch and it's much more comfortable. We have a good 7-8" now.
We're all official!!! Here's our new home!!!!
