Hey all!
I'm generally a lurker on forums but I thought I'd try something different here! My husband and I have 2 kiddos (14 and 12) and our Yorkie-Poo. We love to spend available weekends (when the kids don't have sports) camping and kayaking. We've had our starter travel trailer for 4 years and planned on sticking with it awhile longer until it was totaled in the storms that hit Iowa a couple weeks ago. Since we are avid campers so were anxious to get into something quickly to be able to finish out the camping season, but we didn't want to make a bad decision just because we were rushing. We looked at the 265BH last weekend but wanted to see some other options, both new and used. New costs were a bit intimidating as our other trailer was used when we got it. After countless hours of internet searches and concerns over buying a used trailer that may cost us more in the long run, we went back to take another look at the 265BH and ended up taking the leap. We are scheduled to pick it up tomorrow and I'm very excited! We're moving from a 28 footer but I think the layout and storage on the new trailer is going to be perfect.
