The door in the rear of the pocket fell off the track. I have tried to get the roller on the track but it never goes back in the track.
It's very hard to reach the rear roller and keep it there as you try to slide the door out.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

My door came off of the track once. I simply removed the valance covering and easily fixed it then reinstalled the valance

Doesn’t yours have a valance?

I will have to look. Brand new to us and I will have to go down to where I store it.
Thanks for the reply.

Is it the roller not staying in the track, or is it the door not staying on the roller? I am guessing you mean the door comes off the roller and that is likely because the latch isn't closing tight so it opens and the bouncing causes the door to come off the roller "pin". I did a post on how to make the latch stay closed by bending it down a bit so it "snaps" shut - would have to find the post.

If it is the roller not staying in the rail, remove the door so you can see all the way in back and figure out why. This would mean the roller is staying attached to the door? Assuming the roller isn't broken, the only thing I can think of is that the rail itself is not positioned far enough back so that the roller comes off the back of it when the door is opened. If that is the case, you may need to reposition the rail.

Not sure how your door is set up but in the 23LDE the door goes into the space between a cabinet and wall which you can hardly fit your arm into when the door is removed. So, not quite as easy as removing a valance for the bath/living room door. The bath/bedroom door is much easier.

Well finally got the door off. What happened is the door slid so far back the rear roller came off the track in the back of the pocket. There was no stop on the track or the floor in the rear to stop it.
So now the new problem, it hit the heater hose in the back of the pocket and tore a big hole in it. Now have to figure out how to repair that or replace it.

If I had to guess, I would bet there was a screw there as a stop that got knocked out. But I've already responded with a better way to solve that. Regarding the heater duct, use foil tape. Don't go through the trouble of replacing it - unless you really want to.

Edit: I didn't respond previously on a better way. Thought I did. Anyway, I cut a 1x2 piece of wood long enough to rest against the wall under the duct and to the back of the door where you want it to stop. Then just double-sided taped to the floor. At the top, I used a square piece of plastic (you could use wood also) that fit inside the rail and deep enough that the top of the door bumps against it at the same point it hits the wood piece on the floor. Just run a long screw through the wood up into the rail/header.
