After upgrading to lithium batteries, I no longer need the vent port in the front of my Reflection 5th wheel.

I was thinking of just getting a Furrion 10a solar plug, Victron 100/20 controller, some 10awg cable, and the Renogy 400w (10a) solar suitcase to make it a nice and clean portable setup.

Was curious if anyone that has the Furrion port on their trailer could share the dimension of the housing and screw holes? Can't seem to find it online.

That's something I've also been thinking about. I don't know the exact size, but the mounting instructions show a 2-inch drill bit for making the hole so I'm assuming that would work if you removed the grill on the vent.

Thanks for mounting directions. I am going to buy a Furrion port off Ebay today and I will let you know how it fits. I am assuming it is smaller than the current vent. The dimension I just pulled off my trailer were:

Total size is 4 /14"
The vent hole is 2 1/2"
The hole in the trailer is 3"
The screws are 3 1/4" apart

I am thinking I can cut out the vent and possibly just mount this directly on the existing plate/vent. Ill report back once I have it Macgyver'd up.
