Had problem at first where I couldn't retract the landing gear, had to go manual as best could. Pulled unit to a more level spot and able to retract.
When I went to level at campsite with auto level, wheels were 6" off the ground and the right hand stabilizers extend when extending landing gear. Had to level manually.

Problem started when I tried to retract at home. System stated that there was to much of an angle.

I structure for override says to open the valve with the gray wire. Blue and purple were for the left and right stabilizers. I have blue, purple and orange. When I opened the blue it allowed the rig to lower enough that I could remove the blocks and move to a more level area.

How should these valves be positioned, all the way clockwise or counterclockwise?

Thanks

Put the system in manual mode...you should be able to retract on the angle. Where I park at home I have to do that every time.

Mike, the rig was at a -5 degrees and was in manual mode when I tried to retract the message was excessive angle and wouldn't retract.

You are not alone with level problems. We have 2014 320x. On trip to Louisiana, my four point system quick working second day out. After, disconnecting I would push auto level. Front would level. system would the ask to wait. Rear would never engage. had to lower and level in manual mode. Push right and left system would retract as designed. system would only rear level in manual mode. On way home, system worked once as designed. when parking at home system preformed fine. Taken to dealer. once again, preformed normal until, retracting failed. Rear retracted however front would not retract back down. Guess will see what happens. yes I tried to reset system. no help

Extending the landing gear is also causing the 4 stabilizes to extend. I have 3 valves, orange, blue and purple. Need to know which way each of the valves need to be.clockwise vs counter-clockwise. In manual mode, tried extending landing gear and they actually retracted.

Hi Paul & Jodi (@pjdemasky),

My understanding is our Customer Support has contacted you, and unless I hear differently from you I'll consider this handled/closed.

Best regards,

Hi Janice,

I haven't heard from anyone with regards to this issue. I do not have any missed phone calls that I am aware of. Feel free to PM or email any information that is needed.
Thanks,
Paul

What did the problem wind up being? Curious as most of us have the level up, and the information could be helpful in the future.

Thanks,

Big Mike

make sure the valves are tight counter-clockwise. unplugged then plugged the wires from the front sensor, leveled the unit and recalibrate per instructions. hope this helps
