Pull on grey water

Help! WE are out at a campground now and can't empty the kitchen grey water tank. First time we have had an issue. The handle will not budge. Have left a message at GD but haven't heard anything.
Any brilliant ideas out there? Our tank is full and I can't do anything in the kitchen.

That's a tough one. Maybe just apply steady pressure to the handle and maybe it'll give way. The access panel on the drivers side in the storage bay will give access to the cables but I'm not sure if it gives access to the actual gate valves. Good luck.

When we had a problem while out on the road we contacted our dealership. They found a Grnd Dsgn dealership near us. We towed there and they fixed our problem. Good luck.

Of course Grand Design rose to the top again!! Jerry McCarthy called us at 7:30 tonight with instructions to get it taken care of tomorrow! Just another confirmation that Grand Design customer service is absolutely the best!!
