I know these are relatively new, but does anyone have any experience towing with one of these? Conventional head or the funnel? Ordering new truck and trying to decide if I want one of these.

I looked at these and went with the Curt Crosswing and really like it. No experience with this one though.

You can’t go wrong with a B & W. I know multiple people that pull with them ( including myself) and they all really like the B & W hitches.

If you will not need a slider do you & your rv a favor & get an air-ride style hitch. I use an AirSafe but all of the others such as a BD3 are all very good.

I have the Super Lite 10K and love it. I have a 3500 Ram short bed with a GD 260RD that has the turning point hitch. I have not had any issues w/turning and love how easy it is to hook up. The 260RD maximum weight is 10K.

+1 on the Crosswing. I've only pulled twice so far, but it's a much better pull than my slider was.

I’m looking at the Crosswing as well as we plan to bump back up to a fifth wheel. Does the 5” offset to the rear make a difference? I have a 6’9” bed with the Chevy puck system. I’d really like to avoid a slider hitch if I can. Crosswing looks easy to pop out if needed vs a slider. Had really good luck with Curt on my last fifth wheel. So is the extra 5” likely to keep me out of slider hitch?

If you connect to the gooseneck you get 9" of offset to the rear. Makes a huge difference in my RAM 3500 with the 6'4" bed. Just this weekend I had a tight spot to back into and didn't have any issues with the Crosswing and the rear offset.

If 5 is good, 9 is better. Thanks

You should watch the video demonstration on Etrailer for this Pullrite. The hitch is only 85 pounds and has adjustability to move the trailer back 7 inches. I had 2 previous Pullrite sliders, as I always had short bed trucks. Going to a long bed now and sold my slider with my truck. Only thing I wanted to know is if there is any difference towing with the conventional head or the funnel. According to my Pullrite guy, the only real difference should be hooking up or disconnecting. Since it's a ball, you can hook it or drop it with the truck at any angle and it won't bind. Wife thinks I need this now as I've apparently become an old fart.

I will check that video. Thank you for that. As for the “old fart” title, didn’t need my wife to point it out. With every creaking joint, I already knew I’m right there with you.
