When dry camping and the time comes to dump the tanks, where do you go to do it ? I am mostly talking the federal areas and some remote state parks.

Thanks for the time and responses, hopefully.

I usually go to an RV park and pay a fee to dump. Quite a few KOAs have dump stations. You can also go to the following web page to find a comprehensive list of places you can dump your holding tanks.

Here's an example page for Oregon:

Last year, we visited Crater Lake, and on our way to Boise, we found a great dump station in a rest area along the highway.

We use the All Stays app on our phone. It is quite helpful when it comes to finding RV dump sites, from rest stops, Flying J's or even state sites. We can manage to go 7-10 days without dumping, so we often will book a night a RV Resort when it is time to dump. The long showers are a nice bonus!

I have seen a couple of BLM campsites that have a dump station. Like the BLM, Tuttle Creek Campground, near Lone Pine, Ca. Or the BLM, Crowley Lake Campground, they have a $5.00 dump fee.

Luckily I can park the trailer in my driveway. I had a clean-out at the back of the house, and the grade from the clean-out worked out that I was able to add a 20' clean-out extension to the driveway. Now I can dump when I get home.
