Question for GD on Recalled suspension bolts

Hello, My 385 is at Burlington RV right now to have some warranty work performed along with the bolt recall. They have no idea about the recall, Do you notify the dealers of the recall? Also I want to replace the bolts with the bronze bushing wet bolt Mor ryde, will you cover the warranty labor to replace these bolts? or at least the 1 hr that you would use for the replacement bolts.

Hi Korey (@Kordog),

All dealers were notified at the same time retail owners were notified. Dealers also received a list of their customers affected by the recall. Wet bolts would be installed on the Equa-Flex portion of the suspension, not the Correct Track portion affected by the recall.

Well no one, and I mean no one knew of this recall at my dealer. They looked at me like I was stupid when I mentioned it.

@huntr70 is correct; the Solitude 369RL is not included in the recall pertaining to the suspension bolts that the OP, Korey (@Kordog), asked about. However, I am not sure if you are asking about that specific recall, or recalls pertaining to the Solitude 369RL in general. If it is the latter, we issued a recall for certain 2014 Solitude 369RL and 305RE's manufactured February 21, 2013, through July 24, 2013 and equipped with Frigidaire KG-series microwaves (microwave models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013 in the serial number range KG30607951 through KG31600670).
