We just got our Reflection and are getting ready for our shake down trip.

We got the nicer oven compared to the one in our Transcend. So when it says to put the tray on the center rack, does that mean bottom or upper rack?

The top of the heat element is the lower level. So to me the bottom rack would be equivalent to the center. We got a pizza stone to put on the top of the heater level, that really helps to keep the heat even.

Do yourself a favor and get an oven rack thermostat. We got one for our Furrion gas oven, and my wife can make pies, cakes, and cookies with ease. Our Furrion oven was off by about 10 degrees colder. Our sticks and bricks was 4-5 degrees colder.

Infact.... we even got one for the sticks and bricks too! She dont mind oven cooking no more - gas or electric!

I'm curious. What brand oven? Who makes it? Our furrion oven is so wildly inaccurate and hard to adjust a steady temperature that we rarely ever use it.

Our Furrion works OK. A thermometer is important if you want any idea of what the temperature is.

Don’t put the rack on the bottom adjustment. I used to do that when making cinnamon rolls and we always burnt the bottom of them.

I believe it is the Furrion. It is not the little one we had before that had only one rack and it took an hour to make tater tots.
