Have a 2018 GD 2850MK. Has anyone re-routed the duct work. Bedroom gets super hot same with bathroom. living and kitchen take for ever to warm up. Thinking of extending bathroom and bedroom duct to blow out under couch. Bed and bath get real warm cause of location of furnace under closet in bedroom. The two ducts in kitchen one blows ok other hardly at all

Check your ductwork for kinks, tears and disconnections. The stuff isn’t robust at all. Also be sure you haven’t inadvertently blocked a return. They are often just a gap between or under cabinets.

I have made airflow changes on 2 RVs . Get a anometer and log the airflow of all vents. Make a change and log all of the vents again. Repeat until you are happy with it. Changes can be whatever makes sense in your unit, restricting an outlet. changing an outlets location, adding an outlet. fixing ductwork routing. restrictions. leaks etc
Logging your changes results will keep you on track. Sometimes a change will not have the result you would expect.

In my 378MBS the den duct is really short and blows a lot of air and heat. I tried to use a vent that restricts the flow and then the furnace would over temp and not heat the trailer so be careful of that. I likely have an issue of some kinked ducts but they do all seem to blow reasonably well.

Yes, if you restrict the over all flow too much, the high temp switch will shut it down.
The anometer I suggested is a great tool for avoiding this.
making changes without one is flyng blind.
They are cheap. I paid about 10.00 for mine

This might not help, but I needed some adjustability in where the heat went. My unit has these round registers in the bedroom, bathroom, and garage, so I substituted them with these so I can redirect as needed.

I bought two of them to help. put one in bedroom and one in bathroom Didn't really seem to make a difference. I really need to look into it in the spring.

Wow, that's crazy.
When I shut the one in the bedroom and close the door, the temp in there drops like a rock.

In my camper the furnace is under the closet with drawers. The heats just pours in the room. It is nice putting on warm clothes. I pulled out drawers and looked there was an opening that I sealed with aluminum tape. But heat still radiates of off furnace
