Here in the Hill Country of Texas (Kerrville area) it got down to below freezing last night and there are several days over the next week that will be just as cold. Time to break out the chili recipe!

Oh boy, still coming down!! Almost 2 inches so far!! Dug our heated water hose out yesterday and got it hooked up. GC water connection has heat tape on it so we are good on water, sewer, power. Now just snuggle up to the Misses and watch the Hallmark channel I guess.

You know, I don't know why our better halves get so testy when we put our cold feet on them!!!

Up north in Ontario we are experiencing the warmest fall ever. 75 yesterday. But we all know it wont last and that white stuff is just around the corner.
