I think you will find dealers who sell a lot of unit from various companies are mainly the ones who are the ones most people have issues with. That is not to say large regional dealers all are problems. I know from experience the regional dealer we purchased from does try to get units in as soon as possible with as rapid turnaround as they can. But one other store with the same dealer wouldn't give me the time of day when I asked about adjusting a LP hose that was hanging too low at the rear of the trailer.
I do wonder if dealers who charge customers any type of for warranty work (charge to determine if it is warranty, charge for shop materials, etc) if they also turn in those fees to the manufacturer? I once was charged a "shop fee" of $75 for warranty work done by Cal Worthington Ford in Anchorage, AK. They said that was normal around the country, but Ford didn't agree. They forced a refund and sent me to another dealer (65 miles away and paid round trip mileage) to verify the work had actually been done (it wasn't). Cal did loose the franchise in Alaska after an audit. This is what needs to be done with RV dealers who won't do warranty, charge you to touch the unit to see if it's warranty or just totally ignore you after the purchase.
Just my opinion, learned from experience.
