You'll find a few folks who say they've gotten by with reinforcing the bumper and and using a bolt-on reciever for bike racks. Most will advise against it. The best approach is still to have a receiver bolted or welded to the frame. The G-forces at the back of the trailer are a lot for that thin bumper to deal with. There are also bike racks that mount over the LP tanks on the tongue for travel trailers.
