My recliner chairs on my 2015 have just started to crack on the head rest. Any ideas on what I can do before they get to big and tear?

Only thing you can do is buy time. On Amazon and elsewhere, you will find self-adhesive sheets of pleather patch. I put Amazon first as you could order a variety till you find the closest match and return what doesn't. Be sure to clean all dirt and residue from the headrest before you apply the patch. Oil from your hair and residue from hair conditioner will result in peeling.

This is like death and taxes... almost inevitable with the bonded leather. Some folks get whole-seat covers to put over the furniture. Others replace the furniture with something better quality from a furniture store. On both of our fifth wheels, we have removed the sleeper sofa and put our Ekornes Stressless recliners back there. The theater seats are hold up OK so far in the Solitude, but the ones in our Reflection split at a corner where the bonded leather made a corner over plywood... twice.

Thank you did you have any problems getting them in and out the door?

Beauty of RV furniture, it all breaks down in pieces! You recliner backs come off.

Your right! Thank you

Sure, and do note that if you are happy with seating, an upholster can section in a new piece of pleather. It won't be inexpensive, but completely a straight-forward repair for them. I find those who specialize in automotive upholstery more accommodating for this type of repair (one of my hobbies is restoring antique cars and building restomods).

As geotex1 said, all the furniture is modular and comes apart. The theater seats break down into four parts - five if there's a center armrest. The sleeper sofas break down into two or three pieces plus cusions. Everything is easy to get into and out of the door. Brand name recliners usually have removable backs, too.
