The handle to open the recliner farthest from the tv sticks up. We have to be very careful when sitting or we get jabbed. I always warn guests because it can be painful. Makes laying on the sofa to watch tv awkward. Does anyone else's handle stick up?

Hi Jeff K

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have seen what you are describing on some of our recliner sofas. We are going to get with our supplier immediately and try to resolve this going forward.

I can describe a simple fix if you are comfortable trying it. A slight to medium pressure on the top of the handles downward will bend the levers far enough so you do not feel them. If you are not comfortable doing this, your dealer will be able to handle this under warranty. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the input and happy travels!

Bill, thanks for the reply. I've been watching this thread because we have the same issue....mine will be fixed in 5 minutes.

Thanks Bill, I will give it a try.

Hey Red, how did it work out for you?

Re: Theater seating in 369RL

On our first trip and we have discovered that when we lay the recliners back they are hitting the bottom of the drape bracket. We are having to leave the shade up so it won't damage them. Anyone else had this issue or is there a way to move the recliners forward an inch or two?

Mine in my Momentum does that too, I will be adjusting that now. Thanks Bill!!

Sandi, in our 369, the recliners are not attached to the floor, so, moving them forward a couple of inches is not a problem.

Thanks Steve!
I may have misspoke--ours are actually the theater seats that are together. The hubby is pretty strong and he couldn't move them. We haven't searched with a flashlight yet but my guess is they are anchored.
