Recommended dealers in Minnesota?

We are in the Twin Cities area We ordered a 2024 Solitude from Dick's RV in Durand, Wisconsin. They offered the best price in a three state area and their service department has been excellent to work with.

Kroubetz Lakeside Campers in Lake Crystal, MN. They just moved to a new location with much more space and service area.
I was very happy with them when I bought mine. They were up front about pricing and were very good about me during the PDI. I spent hours crawling over, under and through the camper testing every system. They had the fresh water tank filled and the systems all up and ruining ahead of time.

I know that this is an old thread, but I have to give my recommendation to Kroubetz also. We went to look at a '24 2600RB a couple Saturdays ago, made the mistake of stopping at Schmidt's Meat in Nicolet, then the GPS tried taking us to their old location, by the time we got there it was 3:10 and they were "CLOSED" but Maryanne waited for us and very politely showed us a couple of trailers even though it was passed their closing time.
Bottom line, the price was the lowest in the entire country for a left over '24 model, it is a family owned business that has great customer service - something you will not find at CW. We bought the 2600 and all of the prices/fees/taxes were very upfront and no "hidden" charges. Very happy with transaction.

I missed this when originally posted. I have to give a shout out to Pleasureland RV, their St. Cloud location (can't comment on their others).
A slight bobble with the salesman back in 2017 not following through on some smaller promises, but a note to the owner and the company fell all over themselves to make things better than right.
Old news now, but the deal at the time was better than any other dealer, including those that were at the time "on line only".
While they too suffer from long lead times on service appointments, they have always:
1. Done everything possible to understand the service needs, in order to have everything available on the day of the appointment. Even ordering parts ahead that may not be used. Complicated repairs have been done in 2 days. Most service has been one day, or while I waited (a few hours).
2. If desired, they allow me to bring the trailer in way ahead of the appointment and try to get to it on time available basis. I've always had it back in a week or two, far ahead of my scheduled service date.
3. Never any pressure about having the trailer on their lot early for service, or if there has to be a long delay in picking it up after service is complete.

I second Pleasureland. Kroubetz quoted us a good price over the phone but when we went there to buy they would not honor their quoted price. The new price was significantly higher. The sales lady was as frustrated as we were but the decision was made above her. Called Pleasureland and they said they would meet Kroubetz originally quoted price. Drove to St Cloud and bought it that afternoon. When we picked it up the tech doing the walk through was very knowledgeable and thorough.

I can’t speak about their service department as we have had only a few very minor issues which I fixed myself.

Good Luck with whoever you decide to use!
