Red/Black wire on batt

I put a shut off on my positive wire between batt and positive strip above battery.
Question is the smaller (speaker wire size) red/black wire gointnup higher into corner from battery......what do these go to?
If I shut off main 12 power what is still running (or hot) if these are connected? Do I need a ******** off on THESE smaller wires also?

It's probably just the "solar ready" plug on the front (if they still do that.)
