A canuck could be in Montana and and be considered down south...lol.....You don't say where "down south" you are, but I hope you're able to get camping soon.

I don’t know where you are located but I have been amazed at how these things are selling. I see all this doom and gloom about RV sales that people are spouting, it’s not what I have observed on popular models.Sorry but you didn't get a good deal. A typical RV drops 15% right as you leave the dealer. And thats the sale price. After one year it'll drop 7-10% more.
So after one year the value will be about $45K. In today's RV climate you should do no less than 30%. ALL RV lots are full of used and new RV's. Sales have tanked. RV shipments are down over 50% which means dealers aren't selling inventory so they're not stocking up.
It's a 2024 so the MSRP discount won't be as much so thats another reason not to buy right now.
YMMV
I posted that 10 months ago Dec 2023. Not much has changed out here. I'm on the west coast and dealers near here have 2024's still on their lot.I don’t know where you are located but I have been amazed at how these things are selling. I have 103 GD on my lot, and I'm not a large corporate dealer.I posted that 10 months ago Dec 2023. Not much has changed out here. I'm on the west coast and dealers near here have 2024's still on their lot.
My local dealer has 1-2023, 19-2024's and 22-2025's.
A large dealer north (50 miles) of me has 116 total GD's on their lot.
1-2023, 59-2024's and 56-2025's.
