Just ordered a 323bh and was wondering if the living room/ kitchen vent is wired with 12v and a switch for a fantastic fan? Can't wait to get the new RV. Thanks

It has one of the small, bathroom style fans in there now, so it is an easy conversion to a Fan/fan.

I believe that you'll find that all roof vent openings have a 12V pair wires...though won't be switched power. All three roof vents in our 337 are wired.

Thanks not so worried about the switch. As long as I don't have to fish wire to the vent opening.

Thanks can't wait for delivery. Ordered with the 2nd a/c and long theater couch. Just wished they offered auto level.

we had a fan put in the kitchen of our 323 before we took delivery. That location does have a switch under the cabinet as you just walk in to the camper. We installed the deluxe fan though so it has a remote to change direction and speed. Then I bought a basic fantastic fan for the bathroom. I plan on installing that in spring.

That's great information. You did exactly what I'm thinking. Regular in the bathroom and remote in kitchen. Just to high to reach. Thanks for commenting.

I tried but they said it wasn't available on the 323bhs? Maybe I should as grand design directly.

I suggest that you call GD at 574.825.8000 and talk to Micah Staley, the product manage for the Reflection line. Be prepared that it will be spendy...

The kitchen vent fan does have a wall switch. However, it's too tall for most owners to reach to screw up the lid. Most owners will have to stand in a chair to reach the "dial" to open the lid.

@sbrady, were you able to get a complete long theater couch or is it the standard 2 seat reclining unit? We just bought the 5th wheel and is being manufactured some time this month. I would rather have all couch and no kitchen table.

I ordered it with the long theater couch. The bench and table aren't very useful for us. All four seats recline almost to a sleep info position. We usually eat outside and only eat breakfast in the Rv. Changing it up a little. We have sat in a few theater couches in toy haulers and really liked it. Seems we always fight for the couch and the bench and table aren't comfortable either sitting or as a bed.

The SuperSofa's a great addition to the bunkhouse models. We were in our trailer 5 nights this week, and I slept in one of the recliners one night. They're simply the most comfortable seating I've ever seen in any RV, as they're all wallhuggers.

Modern families seldom eat together anyway. The SuperSofa comes with a 4' table with folding legs so you can eat inside when weather's bad or if it's cold. The table is made out of the same material as the solid surface kitchen surfaces. When weather's good, we mostly eat outside on picnic tables.

@sbrady and BAMAMAN, so do either of you have the dining area as a couch? If not was it ordered without it and exactly what does it look like? My Dealer states that our only option is either the Super sofa or Theater seating, we would rather have all couch with single table options. We just ordered this unit 2 days ago so I can still have some options done as long as I know what my options are. Any help would be helpful.
Thanks

The SuperSofa is actually a two person loveseat centered on the wall with wide arms on the left and right. On the right side is a right hand recliner with an armrest on the right side. On the left side is a left hand recliner with an armrest on the left side. The love seat armrests are hinged and have deep storage pockets. All units are attached to a sub-floor and they don't move at all. The SuperSofa is about a $1K option--$500 or so more than the separate table and 4 chairs.

All 4 seats are matching, and they're all wallhugger units. The bottom cushions move forward as the seatbacks go back, and they recline a lot.

I understand the only options are a Love Seat with a table and 4 chairs ($500ish option) or a fixed dinette set (standard).

With our 2 grandchildren and daughter often visiting, we need more than 2 places in the Love Seat to sit. I expect they'll spend a lot of time in their bedroom watching cartoons on a big screen television and blue ray player.
