Does anyone have experience with the wall mounted swivel dinette that converts to a desk? Is it more substantial than the knee knocker pedestal table? Does it adjust on the wall track...seems like some pictures I've seen have it a long way from the ottoman bench. Pros and cons?

Thanks,
John in PA

The table will pull out and swivel to face the window/wall.

The ottoman is loose, so you can use it, or, the chairs.

The table to ottoman distance is not long. It is what I would consider normal. For us , I can’t swivel the table to the other position as it hits the outside wall. I have not yet determined what and if I need to take it in as a warranty item.

You have the T handle underneath that should release and be able to slide the table away from the wall allowing the top to spin?

I have used the T handle and slide it away from the wall but , interestingly, it does not slide far enough away to allow it to turn and the table hits the wall.

Can this table be adapted to fit in a 2019 337RLS so I can get rid of that awful giant pedestal base? Is there sufficient framing in the wall of a 2019? I realize the window is lower in a 2019 but I could fabricate a bracket to move it out and inch or two.

Ultimately I had to remove the table top and move it over 3/4” to give it space to work. Now all is good! We do like to option to turn it.

I don't believe there is any backer laminated into the wall to support the new style.

Thanks, I'll try giving GD customer service a call and see if I can get more info. I contacted them before and asked them about framing around the main door so they sent me a picture of the cut sheet on how the wall was framed... Unfortunately it didn't show the slideout framing, just an opening for it. I could carefully cut the wall open to add supports. I purchased a roll of matching seam tape when I bought the RV to make repairs, etc.
Do you know if that table frame is an item that can be purchased through GD?... Preferably without the table top.
