We are looking at a 3150BH or a 2800BH do these refrigerators run off propane and 110 only or will they run off 12v without propane & 110?

the issue for me is I cant force mine to run on propane...had a 3 way in my camper and if it went to 12 v.......batteries gone even while driving

Even running on propane, you need 12V to operate the electronics in the fridge. If it still won't light, try lighting the stove top for a minute. That will bleed off some of the air that may be trapped in the lines.

Did you clean the burner? After several years the burner may not function properly. Also the flame detector may have need service.

The problem with running 12V on the road for a refrigerator are that the power lines are rather long from the engine to trailer. There can be quite a voltage drop, even if the battery is on the tongue. The refer on 12 volts draws quite a lot of power. With all that draw even a 150A alternator, due to wire resistance just cannot keep up with the refer draw.
