I want to replace my recliners with a pull out sofa in my 2022 Imagine 2600rb. My grandson who is only 3 will be camping with us alot this year. We are tired of breaking down the dinette table for him to sleep on. Anyone out there ever done this and if so how hard of a job is it. Thanks any help appreciated.

Pretty much just remove the screws holding the sofa to the floor, find the lever on the side/back of the backs so you can pull the backs off, and remove it the sofa through the door. Install the new one. Done.

The recliners are individual, with a separate center section. Ours are not screwed down. Very easy to disassemble and remove.

Thinking about doing the same. Did you get it done? Which sofa did you get? Any idea what the theatre seats are worth? Mine have been gently used and always covered. Not sure what I would do with them when I take them out. I apologize for all the questions.

I have not done it yet. I have been researching pull out sofa beds. I've had jack knife and trifold in other campers and weren't very comfortable. RecPro seems to have high reviews and offer a 60" model. Not sure what the recliners are worth as mine are gently used also.

I enquired with Lippert (slide manufacturer) via email in regard to weight capacity. They could not tell me. Told me to reach out to OEM in that they designed and built the box. So, one size slide fits all? I don't think so. Plan on reaching out to Grand Design.

I contacted Grand Design in regard to weight capacity of slide. They (Jeanette Kreutzer) response is as follows: "For the slide we do not have specific weight information, if you are simply replacing the recliners, you should be fine". Well, who in the Wide World of Sports would know?
