Rhino box

We bought a 2023 337RLS it came with rhino box. Can the rhino box be exchanged out for a different brand? If so what would ya'll recommend?
The rhino is uneven and dealer service said it needed a new one. GD will not warranty box, said it should have been caught when delivered to dealer.

Have you spoken with GD Customer Service? If the hitch is defective it most certainly is covered by warranty. It sounds like your dealer may not be telling you the truth. If the dealer is saying GD refused to honor the warranty, ask for a copy of that in writing.
