We just bought a 2022 Solitude 310. Not much luck with the stereo unit. Anyone consider changing out the stereo? Having to jump through a lot of hoops just to get the radio, tv or bluetooth to work through the speakers. Do I just need to update it or what? Looking for suggestions.
Thanks, Bud

I'm not sure what you mean by "jump through a lot of hoops".
On mine, I turn it on with the RF Connect app, pick the input device and volume, and start listening. The radio is built in & the TV is hard wired, so it would be really strange if those don't work.

The rf connect app makes using the head unit much easier. A few things I will share. One is only one bluetooth connection is allowed at a time so if you and someone else both have the rf connect app and one is connected and the other isn't they can't until the first person drops the connection.
Two which is likely more important to your issue is that there are 3 volume controls in the rf connect app. You have inside, outside and master. For listening inside the rig both the master and inside have to be slide over some. To make this easier for me I keep the master volume set at max volume. Then use the inside and/or outside volume sliders to adjust the speaker volume. Once I figured this out I have really enjoyed using the rf system whereas before I just avoided it.

My problem is my RF PMX-1 will no longer turn on. The inline fuse behind the head unit is GOOD, and 13.6 volts are going into the head unit (measured past the fuse connection). Anyone have ideas about what else to test?

My 2021 Solitude 310 GK-R is in storage. I found that my batteries were bulging and cracked. (Maybe they froze during the unusually cold winter.) I also had to replace my Inverter because all of the capacitors in it were blown. The inline fuse to my Lippert Leveling system was also blown, as well.

Not having problems with set up. Sub won’t work any help?

Are you sure your rig has a sub? I don't mean to sound rude. GD uses the same head unit for many of their rigs so it may show a subwoofer that doesn't exist. Same thing with my rig showing two black tanks when it only has one.

Yes it’s behind the couch. I found it unplugged, but after connecting everything it still is not working.
Are you the original owner?
If I had to guess not and that subwoofer was left behind by the previous owner. The wireless subwoofer would have been part of a soundbar system.

I’m the original owner. New unit. I’ll have to get behind the couch and get a model# it’s hardwired was bellowed to the wall. There is a fuse for it and it is good. Might be amplifier not coming on but haven’t located it.

What model do you have? Now I'm curious. I will see what I can find out.

Hey Mickey, what did you end up coming up with? I have the same thing going on, power at the fuse box and inline fuse, nothing blown, but no body home at the display despite it having worked probably a month ago when I last checked. Did have 2 batteries die on me, so low voltage would of been present, but this head unit wont even power up on shore power.

It looks like this is your first post, welcome to the forum. You might try removing the fuse (and thus all power to the unit). My head unit occasionally won't turn on, so far, removing the fuse has always woken it back up.

Thanks! Love my trailer, but not the current issues. I did swap the fuse just for fun and still nothing. I plan on bringing the head unit into a local stereo shop to see if they can bench test it. Still need to swap batteries too, but they don't explain why it doesn't work on shore power.
