Roller shades melting

Our roller shades on the large living room windows seem to have melted during the first winter of storage on an outdoor lot in Florida. They were up during storage and likely the sun was too intense on that side of the RV. When I went to pull the shades down, they wouldn’t budge! I was able to get my fingers in and unroll the small one on that side but it peeled the vinyl off as I unrolled it. I’ll be replacing them, but wondered which type of replacement blinds do you suggest? I really liked the ones that came in it, because they really blocked the light and sun. They are a cream colored heavy vinyl. I’ve had the honeycomb pull down fabric in another rv but not sure they are as darkening or cooling. Also, do you leave your shades down when in storage?

If the shades are melting, it must be getting way over 100* in there. I suspect other stuff is also being damaged...
Any idea of internal temps?

Thanks, Granddesigner. No idea what temps are but over 100 wouldn’t surprise me parked in FL sun for a few months. Leather is peeling on the furniture. Not sure how we go about keeping it cooler when it’s parked in this rental lot.
