Samsung refrigerator frosting up

So Ive been trying to narrow down an issue with my fridge. We keep getting frost build up in the freezer and fridge. I checked the seals and everything seems fine. Sometimes it will do it and sometimes it wont. Anyone else having this issue ?

Did you use a dollar to check the seals or just a visual? But with both frosting up it would seem there is another problem causing it. First thing I would di is look up troubleshooting on Samsungs website or in the fridge manual

We had an intermittent issue with some frost building up in the freezer early on. It turned out that a Ziploc bag was sticking up just enough for one corner to get between the seal the the mating surface on the refrigerator body. After training everyone to make sure that everything is tucked down completely, haven't had an issue. We've never had a problem with frost in the refrigerator, though.

When I checked the seals I used an 8x10 paper. Could not find an issue with the seal

I havent seen an issue with anything hanging up. I did go to Samsung website and everything they mentioned I have already tried. Problem still here
