Satellite Roof Access Channel

I would like to know if the channel goes straight up from basement to roof. I have 2021 381M (same as 351m except garage room). Does green wire uses for pulling cables ? The access is next to bedroom AC. I will do adding the satellite.

After I took the metal plate and I tried to find or reach the green wire at top of the roof where it goes down to the satellite roof access channel in storage. I think the channel is not straight up. Look like straight goes up then go horizontal in few inches then go up to roof. How can I install wire thru ?
