Molly

Molly likes to meet new people and find new places to swim.

She has been swimming in more than 2 dozen different states. It was muddy in Missouri in 2010.

She was not to sure about the new "Little House" on our maiden voyage. She is more comfortable after it took her swimming in Florida this February.

Hey Molly, I'm really looking forward to meeting you at the September Rally in Elkhart. Judging by the photos, it looks like you clean up pretty nice. Perhaps we can get together for a stroll one of those nights...wink, nod!

Maggie and her best friend "goatie"

Here is Maggie....Kay and Dave...I have to say Molly and Maggie could be best buds :) Two princesses, I'm sure!
Maggie has a woobie since she's been a puppy named "goatie" , (she's laying on him here) Goatie has seen his better days...but still her best friend and both love to camp! She never leaves home without him.

Tumbleweed's Critters

image.jpgimage.jpgSmokey and Bandit go on every trip with us. They really love the new rig, especially all the room they now have.

Tumbleweeds...that's way too cute!!!
Their names are perfect for them :)

Everyone has great looking camping critters. Tumbleweeds, one of our best camping/traveling buds takes a cat. Funny story, the cat goes out to wander everyplace they go. One day as they are leaving the cat does not return as normal after calling for her for over an hour so they leave word at the camp office in case someone finds the cat. They stop for lunch, (thinking the cat is lost forever) try to open the silverware drawer and it's stuck. She gives it a half gentle yank and hears the biggest cat screeching ouch ever. The cat was stuck and they had to remove the drawer above to free her !

LOL. Yes, Smokey will squeeze herself into the most unlikely places ever. We have spent hours wondering where she is. When she gets tired of being where she is Smokey will either reappear or call us to let us know she is stuck in a closet or drawer or something. Then when she gets out she acts as if it's our fault. Of course it is. Cats are too smart to do anything stupid or silly. It's their humans who are stupid for not figuring things out before they have to call us!

Here's our fur kids that travel with us. Bella, the Aussie, Rocky, the rescue poodleX, Ellie, the Ragdoll, and Keeker, rescue cat.

Here's my buddy Wyatt, a German Shorthaired Pointer. He love's relaxing at the campground. Here's a shot of him on the stairs in our old camper and chilling on the deck at our campsite.

Whittleburner & Bill and Cathy...

Looks like we all love Australian Shepherds! Over the years ours have traveled with us all over the USA and Canada. They're great companions!

Kathy

This is our Maggie! Loves to go in the Solitude. Has her favorite spots and has us tied around her finger (paw).

Sorry, but the Maggie pet name has already been taken on this forum...you'll have to choose another name!

Just kidding...Christmas looks like a lot of fun at your house!

Kathy, Aussies are an addictive breed aren't they. Both are rescues, Koda (the blue merle) was a day away from the pound. I had to beg the people to keep him 2 more days until we could make the trip to get him. He was 5 months old, now he is 7.
We got the 2nd one - Keely, to keep Koda busy I did not have enough hours in the day to entertain him. She was on death row and pulled from a high kill shelter by a total stranger who met another stranger half way. That person took her home for the night, bathed her and met us the following day about 40 or so miles away and handed her to us. No one would take any money for gas, just the $20 pound fee. All that just to save 1 sweet Aussies life. The 2 bonded in about 5 mins. They are complete opposites in personality. Koda is the extreme Aussie and Keely is what we lovingly call the lump. The big Shitz was my Moms dog, he came to live with us after she passed away.

Marcy and Gary...

There's a special place in Heaven for folks like you that rescue dogs and cats. Hope some day we get to meet you and your fur kids.
