Side wall movement - Another lag screw issue (hopefully)

Where we park it!
So we have a slight amount of flex in the front overhang of our Solitude 374TH. You can see it when the weight transfers from the front stabilizers to the pin box. The seam forward of the 2 slides moves about 3/32 of a inch. I have done the Lippert Frame Flex test and that is, thankfully, within spec at less than 1/2" change on each side. One of the GD SRT techs told me that there are a number of lag bolts that attach the side wall to the frame and he felt that they were likely loose.
So, that brings me to my question... Has anyone removed the facia board under the couches and if so, how did you do it? I can't see any seams and would rather not rip the carpet off unless I know what I am looking for.

Here you can see the gap when hitched. Front is to the left.

This is the facia board that I suspect hides the lag screws.

Thanks -Rob-

Curious, wouldn't the GD tech you mentioned let you know how to access those bolts?

It was a conversation in passing. He was on his way to another call and all he had time for then was to look at the outside.
I did try and get it into a dealer for a full inspection but as is typical, they needed it for a while and as we are full timers, that didn't fly.

Perhaps a call to GD support. It can take a while to get through, but I've had good luck when I was persistent.

Any update to how to remove those? I have my couch removed on the passenger side of my 382WB but can't seem to that lower panel. I read that someone said there are 4 brown screws holding it on but I couldn't find them with my heavy duty magnets.
