Slide floor under fridge

Leading edge of drivers side slide floor falling apart (underneath)…At first I was under impression that is the floor and I’ve only got 3/4” to play with…
I’ve measured the thickness between interior and bottom and there is about 3”….
Makes me think there is some type of “Sub-Floor” and I’m only dealing with the bottom….
Anyone got any fix/repair ideas?
I’m hoping for now, I can maybe install some type of skid or ski for the roller to ride on for now…. Maybe even one for each roller…
Floor under fridge is perfect with zero water damage or failure..
Would love to see a picture or diagram how this slide floor is constructed..
Thanks
Jason

It looks like the plastic cover broke away and exposed the wood. We had a small spot on our dining slide do the same thing but not as swollen as yours is. You need to eitheer replace it (we opted to use marine epoxy to bond the wood together and fill any voids. Then some how add a waterproof cover and reseal. We were on the road when it was discovered so used a rubber paint on to seal the wood

The dinning slide does not have a sub floor…IE what your standing on is the actual floor underneath… I’m assuming this is because of the cabinets/fridge etc etc that is far more weight… not sure… I’m hoping there is a frame and I’ll be able to make repair without pulling cabinets out…
At least that’s what I’m hoping for..

When we replaced our fridge the only sub frame was right under it to raise the height (it is in the corner) the rest of the slide construction is on floor level
