We have been having problems with our slide on our 2021 Reflection 260RD. We understand that the trailer has to be level for the slides to operate. Lately, we have noticed that the slide is opening and closing crooked, but always manages to close when it aligns itself upon closing. This issue came to a head the other day when it took me 20 minutes to close the slide because it was coming in so crooked that it stopped closing and i had to open/close it and work it in. While doing so, I did not notice that as it was coming in crooked, the trim on the inside of the slide caught a handle on the bottom cabinet on the bottom of the table seat. I didnt notice it until I heard a crunching/snapping sound and saw that the entire edge of the slide had snapped off and splintered. I was so mad!
How is this problem generally fixed? Is it expensive? On this model, is it possible to manually push the slide in or out? The worst part is that we are no longer within our warranty period. Wondering if this is a common problem with this system or just my awesome luck?
