Slide Out gets Stuck

I have a 2021 310RLS. When I retract the slide all the way it seems to bind and get stuck. When I want to put the slide back out I push the button and it just makes a clicking sound and it wont go back out. There is a 3/4" nut at the opposite side of the slide for manual operation. If I turn that 3/4" nut a half turn it seems to loosen up the slide and then the motor will push it out. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this..

I see you are (relatively) new here. First welcome. This is a great group of people. I have replied to your other post requesting you include your make (I assume Reflection), model year, and which slide or slides so people can better help you.

This seems like a great group you have here. I have a 2021 Transcend 265BH. Bought new 2/2021. Problem started 3 months ago. Appreciate any information you have on this.
