slide out tv side

we were looking at a reflection 337 RLS and we brought the slides in to see how much room we will have with all slides in, and the slide out on the tv side scrapes the sofa as it comes in and goes out? is this normal on the 337 RLS?

Seems to be the norm on the 337 and the 303 models. Grand Design is aware of this and working on a solution of changing the sofa to smaller size (not as deep). I got this info from another thread on this forum. BTW, I had to have the center section of the sofa replaced due to an issue, now mine rubs where as before they replaced the center section it did not. Guess now I will have to tell them to order me another new sofa with the new mod.

Check the brackets holding the couch to the back wall. There are no anchors in the wall and the screws had pulled out on mine, allowing the couch to move forward but luckily no damage. Trying to decide whether to put some kind of screw anchors in the wall or attaching it to the floor instead.

hmmm I will check with the dealer and see if they are going to have a unit with a newer (smaller) sofa to fit in that area. It just seemed strange because it wasn't an easy rub either, it was like scrapping and we were thinking, after awhile one day, that slide is going to tear that sofa.
