Slide problem 303rls

I noticed the middle roller on the street side slide was damaging my vinyl floor by the stove. In watching the slide move in and out, I noticed the roller was dragging on the vinyl and not rolling. I removed the roller by taking out the 3/8” bolt it rides on. I put some wheel bearing grease on the outside of the plastic roller bearing. This reduces the friction between the black roller and the internal white plastic bearing allowing the roller to roll while carrying the weight of the slide. This did help reduce the tugging on the vinyl floor when moving the slide it and out. Not perfect yet but it did make a difference. We had the floor rip on our 2018 303RLS street side. Took it to Lazy Days Tucson under warranty. They repaired the floor, operated the slide and ripped it again...they never thought to adjust the rollers. what a bunch of untrained/uncaring people!
They did repair it again and all seems well for now
My floor tore same place how do you adjust rollers??
