Where is the access hole (or nut) on my 2020 22rbe slideout manual override? I have an electrical problem and need to open / close my slide. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure your model is a Schwintek which means there's no crank. What do you mean by electrical problem? With the slide or the entire tt?

Manual says “Lippert Through Frame Electrical Slideout System”. I had a flat tire which tore out the electric line connected to the slide, I believe back to the panel.

Outch, I'm not familiar with your particular model but most of the manuals are pretty generic across the entire line. It most likely also talks about Schwintek. Do you have a top and bottom rail on each of the sides of your slide?

Yes, bottom rail at very bottom and top rail about 6 inches from top.

Sounds like the Schwintek. If it is and you have absolutely no power then the only way to open the slide is to remove the 2 motors. Maybe try the override on the controller first. There's a sequence and it's a 2 person job. I believe you press 6 times quickly and keep it pressed on the 7th then the other person presses the open slide button.

Thank you for your help and suggestions. We are on the road with no real facilities to do much mechanical work. We went to Bretz RV today in Billings, MT and they were very accommodating to get our unit in for repairs early next week. Definitely a Schwintek and needs rewiring for one of the motors. Again, thank you!!!
