Small black digital Atwood thermostat

How can you see what the current room temp is on the factory small black digital Atwood thermostat? I have one in both the living and front bedroom. I can't find any manuals or info on line. Any help would be appreciated.

Press the - or + button in the off position (not on ac, furnace, or fan modes) and the temp in the rv will be displayed -- this is covered in your owners packet ........at least it was in ours. If this doesn't work it was my wife's bad !

On our Atwood thermostat to view the interior temperature with the A/C running you press and hold the sleep button in for a few seconds and the current temp will flash. We found this info in the manual for the air conditioner that came with the trailer.
