Sofa is starting to peel, is it feasible to get it re-upholstered? or just replace...

I do. I had two chairs delivered yesterday. The sit very high, the back seems permanently reclined, and the seat feels like your sitting on cement. At least my dog likes it.

JMO, but just because you find them uncomfortable does not make them "junk".

Did you read reviews of the chairs before you bought them? Did you carefully look at the specs for height first? Every chair is built to different numbers, as far as specs go, and obviously everyone's preference and interpretation of comfortable is different.....but to say they are "Junk" because they don't fit you or they are not to your personal liking is just not a fair statement.

I take everything I said back. The customer service is excellent and they offered to take them back with no charge. I have to say, John bent over backwards to make this right. I ended up not sending them back, instead I sold them at a loss, but if if I didn’t they would be ready to be sent back tomorrow. I apologize to anyone who may have read this!

Just received a 50% discount coupon for a replacement piece of furniture from Lippert the Thomas Payne collection. We have peeling on our original theatre seats. The new collection does not offer a 62” theatre configuration so replacing with a 62” trifold sofa. The new collection does have a 5 year warranty on their fabric except the Norlina fabric which is a woven fabric.

I contacted Lippert customer care. Talked with a representative who sent me the details on filing a claim. Not difficult. Had to take pics of the peeling/cracking.

Curious to hear that as well. I went through the same process and sent pictures to Lippert. I don't remember the exact amount of discount, but my recollection is closer to 20%. My stuff was 4-5 years old at the time. 50% is a strong offer.
