Solar Charge Controller Question

Okay looks like my factory installed Jaboni solar controller is bad...flashing blue light on controller. And of course there is not a controller to be found, thinking about changing it out for a SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 & 100/50 by Victron Energy. I'm new to this whole solar thing not even sure how to hook the controller up but was told by Jaboni that this model was a good alternative.
Any thoughts??
