Solar panel issue

Just purchased a 2024 imagine 3100rd. Not getting power from the solar panel and the battery has died. No idea what to look for as I am new to RV. The furion solar meter box isn’t showing anything like it doesn’t have power. Is there any switch to the solar panel or something I don’t have turned on?

There is only one battery disconnect and no matter it’s the battery disconnect is on or off the solar box isn’t showing any power

Do you have a multimeter? If so check the polarity of the leads coming from the solar panel, more than one forum member has reported reversed leads which would be consistent with your coach's symptoms. If your battery is dead, the solar controller won't work.

Went and checked today and tracing the wires it appeared they were in fact crossed. I had a red light on the light bulb indicator symbol and after switching the wires around the red light went away and I had a flashing green light on the solar symbol and flashing yellow on the symbol below it (don’t recall what that one is at the moment)

Glad it was an easy fix. But it baffles me that GD still hasn't got their installation methods sorted. This has been going on at least a couple years. Also missed by quality control on the way out of the factory, pdi at the selling dealer missed it....
