How long has it been run down? Do you know what the voltage is now?

The battery BMS probably turned the battery discharge off. Would the solar turn it on and eventually charge it up? Probably. How long would it take? Too many variables for anyone to say.

One day , just tried to use the jack and nothing didn’t check the voltage

Many LiFePO4 batteries, if fully discharged, require a "jump start" procedure that requires the use of another charged battery. Check with the manufacturer of your battery to see what they recommend.
