We were told by a dealer that the Solitude 369rl has a 12" I-beam. Please let me know if this is correct. We were getting ready to purchase this unit but if it does not have 12" I-beam, we do not want it.

Bennetts, Why is that a deal killer? I realize that a 12" is stronger by size, but I believe that the frame is a double stacked box frame which is very strong, these trailers do not move when stabilized properly using the 6 point level up system. I would not be deterred by this at all, plus with this construction the basement is HUGE, and I mean HUGE.. You would not be disappointed.

It is a 10" double stacked I beam.

There is no need for a 12" I beam on a rig that has a 16,000 lb GVW.

The Momentum models use a 12" I beam, but they are 18,000 and 19,500 GVW.

Those Solitudes are extremely stable!! At the RV shows when there are a ton of people in them they just don't move around. GD sure made a solid unit here.
